Eric is a local from across the Brazos River! He grew up in Hempstead, TX where the watermelons are as big as a baby calf! At 12 years old, he started working in his parent's restaurant washing dishes and mopping floors. He missed out on a few pick up football and basketball games but little did he know that he would go on to pick up business, customer service, and marketing skills from helping out at the family business! 

 

Eric has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals of homeownership. He brings 11 years of experience in real estate transactions, customer service, and market knowledge. After graduating from Sam Houston State University in 2010, he knew he was going to be in the real estate industry. Having owned an investment property while he was in college, he then proceeded to buy and sell real estate the day he graduated! As they say, fish on! He has been hooked ever since.

 

He provides quality service to his clients with his tireless work ethic and ability to communicate effectively. 90% of his business is developed mainly on his client’s referrals and service after the sale.  Eric exudes credibility, commitment, and determination with his customer’s best interest at the peak of every transaction. His work ethic has earned him the top-performing agent award in his company.
